3. Orders & Payments
- Orders are confirmed only after successful placement and verification.
- Laptoys reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order due to stock issues, pricing errors, incomplete verification, or suspected fraud.
- Payment methods may include Cash on Delivery (COD), bank transfer, JazzCash, Easypaisa, or other available payment methods.
- A small advance payment may be required to confirm Cash on Delivery orders, with the remaining amount payable upon delivery.
4. Shipping & Delivery
- Orders are processed and dispatched as quickly as possible after confirmation.
- Karachi orders placed before 4:00 PM may qualify for same-day delivery. In case of unforeseen circumstances, delivery may take place on the next working day.
- Delivery times for other cities may vary depending on the location and courier service.
- Delays caused by courier services, weather, public holidays, or other external factors are beyond Laptoys’ control.
5. Exchanges & Returns
- Exchanges are valid within 7 days of purchase.
- Returns are valid within 90 days of purchase, subject to our Return & Exchange Policy.
- Products must be returned in their original condition with packaging and included accessories.
- Products damaged due to misuse, accidental damage, improper installation, or unauthorised repair may not qualify for return or exchange.
- All returns and exchanges are subject to inspection and approval by Laptoys.
6. Refunds
- Approved refunds are issued as store credit only.
- Store credit is processed after the returned product has been received, inspected, and approved.
- Original shipping or delivery charges, where applicable, are non-refundable.
7. Warranty
- Warranty periods and coverage may vary depending on the product.
- Warranty details mentioned on the respective product page or provided at the time of purchase will apply.
- Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, physical damage, liquid damage, electrical issues, unauthorised repair, or improper handling.
- Warranty claims are subject to product inspection and approval.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website—including the Laptoys name, logo, images, graphics, product content, videos, and text—is the property of Laptoys or its respective content owners and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior permission.
9. User Conduct
You agree not to:

- Misuse our services, payment methods, or Cash on Delivery facility.

- Delays caused by courier companies or other third-party services.
- Damage resulting from misuse, improper installation, or unauthorised modification of a product.
- Compatibility issues where the customer's device or setup does not meet the stated product requirements.
- Circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Customers are advised to review product specifications and compatibility before purchasing.
11. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the applicable courts of Pakistan.
